Can I get my order delivered to my home?

No, all orders are shipped only to your selected store via internal mail. Home delivery is not available at this time.

How do I choose my store for delivery?

You’ll select your preferred store on the cart page before checkout. This store will be used for delivery, regardless of the address entered later.

Why do I need to enter a delivery address at checkout?

Shopify requires a delivery address to process the order, but don’t worry, this address is ignored. Your order will go to the store you selected earlier.

How long will delivery take?

Once dispatched, orders usually take 8–12 days to arrive at your selected store or support office. Once your order is ready for pickup, your local reception team will notify you.

How will I know when my order is ready?

You’ll receive automated emails confirming when your order has been placed and when it’s dispatched. Once your order arrives at your store, your local reception team will let you know so you can collect it.

Who can shop on this site?

This store is exclusively for Bunnings team members. You’ll need to log in using your TM credentials to access the site and place an order.

Can I buy merch for someone else?

Not at this stage. All purchases are for personal use only and cannot be gifted or purchased on behalf of others. 

Can I wear this merch instead of my uniform?

Currently only the Christmas Shirt can be worn in place of your Bunnings Reds. 

Is there a limit to how much I can buy?

Yes, to give everyone a fair chance to access Team merch, we are currently limiting purchases to a maximum of 1 unit per product. 

Will more products be added later?

We’re starting with a curated selection, but yes! There may be future drops or updates. Keep an eye on the site and internal comms for announcements.

How do I know which size to choose?

Most items are true to size, but some styles may vary slightly. Each product page includes a detailed sizing guide, so please check before placing your order.

Where can I find the sizing guide?

Every product page has a Sizing Guide with measurements and tips to help you choose the right fit.

What if I’m between sizes?

If you’re unsure, we recommend checking the sizing guide carefully and considering the fit you prefer (looser or more fitted). If it’s not quite right, you can return or exchange your item.

Can I return or exchange if the size doesn’t fit?

Yes, no stress! Returns and exchanges are available. Just start by submitting a request via the Contact page and select “Return/Exchange” from the dropdown.

Do I need to measure myself?

It’s a good idea to measure key areas (like chest and length) and compare them to the sizing chart on the product page for the most accurate fit.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can place an order online using card payment only. Bunnings eBalance is not currently accepted for purchases on this site.

Can I pay when I pick up my order?

No, payment is required during the online checkout process. This ensures your order is confirmed and processed quickly.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, returns and exchanges are allowed. However, please choose carefully when placing your order, as processing returns may take time and stock is limited.
